On this page we have provided various files that existing Tax Assistant users can download to update their installations.
The files are in the following categories:
Program files (Tax Assistant programs)

To start  a download, click on the description of the file you wish to download.

Program files
All program files are in the form of compressed setup executable files (*.exe). Proceed as follows:

The Tax Assistant program modules supplied here can only be used to update an existing installation of Tax Assistant version 12.1, or later. You will only be able to run these programs on a computer that has a registered Tax Assistant licence. If you are not a registered Tax Assistant user, please contact our sales department at sales@drummohr.com for information on how to purchase a Tax Assistant licence.

Database files

The Tax Offices Database and the Dividends Database are no longer available as separate downloads.
You can install the latest versions of these databases by downloading and installing TaxBase.

Document files
All document files are in PDF format. After you have downloaded a file you will be able to open it with PDF reader software, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.

To save a file to your hard disk, right click the mouse on the description of a file, select "Save Target As...", then select the folder into which you wish to save the file.

Miscellaneous files
The following files are the current versions of files that may need to be updated from time to time. Follow the instructions associated with each file for downloading and installing it on to your system.

RETAIL PRICE INDEX
This file comprises a list of the UK Retail Price Index on a monthly basis. The file is used in the Capital Gains Calculator in the Company Tax Return program to calculate any applicable indexation allowance.
To save the file to your hard disk, right click the mouse on the description of the file, select "Save Target As...", then select the folder into which you wish to save the file.
After you have downloaded the file, copy it into the Tax Assistant program folder on all computers that are running Tax Assistant, overwriting the existing version. The directory path to the Tax Assistant program folder is shown on the Tax Assistant Desktop window.
