For existing users of our products, we provide a variety of support functions. These are summarised below. Click on a link to go to the appropriate page.

Download	Files that you can download to your own computer. There are program files that contain the setup programs for updates to the Tax Assistant modules. There are document files that contain useful documents such user guides and application notes. Our What's New page tells you when a program update is posted to the Download page.
FBI Support	Filing By Internet. This page is dedicated to support issues relating to FBI.
Company Tax Return	This page is dedicated to support issues relating to the Company Tax Return programs within Tax Assistant.
Trust Tax Return	This page is dedicated to support issues relating to the Trust Tax Return programs within Tax Assistant.
P11D Support	This page is dedicated to support issues relating to the P11D programs within Tax Assistant.

FAQ	Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a technical query there is a good chance that other users have asked the same question before. On the FAQ page we have compiled a list of questions that are regularly asked by Tax Assistant users, and answers that should help you resolve a problem.
Known Problems	This page contains a list known problems that have been identified since the last main software release, including recommended solutions.
Ask a Question	A form enabling you to ask a question about any of our software products. We will respond to your question by email as soon as possible.
Bugs	A bug report form enables you to report a fault you have found in any of our software products. Bugs will normally be fixed within a few days and appropriate program updates published on our Download page.
Suggestions	A form enabling you to submit suggestions for enhancements to our products. All suggestions will be considered by our development staff for inclusion in future versions of our products.
